Maria Zisopoulou was born in Larissa, Thessaly, Greece (1984).

She studied painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, School of Visual and Applied Arts in Thessaloniki, Greece, she graduated with distiction, 2d art studio, with professors Dimitrios Zouroudis and Kyriakos Mortarakos.
From 2017 she has exclusive collaboration with the record company Traumraum (Berlin,
Germamy, http://www.traumraum.org/), her designs illustrate the covers of the company’s
releases. From 2018 she is an art teacher at the Free Workshop of the Municipal Art Gallery
of Larissa – G.I. Katsigras Museum and also conducts educational and public programmes
regarding the Museums’s permanent collection and temporary exhibitions
(http://www.katsigrasmuseum.gr/).

She has taken part in several exhibitions in Larissa and
Athens (Municipan Ar Gallery of Larissa, Hatzigianneio Cultural Center,
PerformanceRooms2020). Her works are found at Vogiatzoglou Collection (Athens, Greece)
and at various private collections in Greece and abroad.
